Fleet Operation Manager

Title: Fleet Operation Manager.

Experience: 7 years in the same field will be preferred.

Job type: Full-Time.


·         Manages the operation of the organization's vehicles.

·         Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.

·         Maintain work orders.

·         Responsible for selecting the right vehicles and maintaining them in good operating condition.

·         Work closely with the Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee and schedule fleet maintenance and repairs.

·         Perform Driver Observations in the field for all shifts.

·         Provide field response to issues as reported by drivers, fleet incidents and in response to customer issues.

·         Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints.

·         Assist in scheduling driver list for additional resources as needed.

·         Develops and maintains outside vendor and service provider relationships.

·          Differentiate driver issues, decipher problems versus complaints and proffer relevant solutions.



·         University Graduate

·         Male

·         have considerable operational experience in logistics and vehicle maintenance

·         Good command of the English Language

·         Excellent  computer and communication skills

·         Flexibility

·         Ability to work under high pressure
